As such, Jim is entitled to set whatever rules he likes. The rest of us can choose whether or not to participate, given those rules. 2) If the purists feel that only photos taken with Leica equipment should be in a LUG yearbook, they are entirely free to initiate a similar project of their own, setting whatever rules they like. 3) When I select my two images at the end of the year, I will look closely at the ones I have taken in 2007 with Leica equipment (which in my case means with a Leica lens on either a Canon or Olympus DSLR). But I will definitely not submit an inferior image just because a piece of Leica gear was involved.
