I'm going to leave it the way it is now (replies not directed to the list)
until I get home from work today, which will be 02h00 GMT on Friday (1800
PST). At that time I'll review the current experiment and decide whether to
end it early. I want to run it this way for at least 24 hours, which it
hasn't yet been.
