One word of advice: I sent your book by regular USPS mail just at the end of last week, so it may be a bit premature to expect it (especially since the USA had a mail holiday yesterday). >From what other LUG members have noted, blurb.com is about to significantly improve their shipping abroad--mainly by getting new print partners in different countries. So, with luck by early next year the problem will be solved. If not, I'll be happy to re-ship your books.
