[Leica] LUG 2006 Yearbook--and Four Simple Rules for the 2007 Edition

Jim,
Great idea to continue it, though I have not got my copy yet. I'm in,
anyway. In the meantime, could you try and persuade Blurb to send the book
directly to India, instead of my having to inconvenience you again?
