Thanks for the heads-up. I'll avoid him. Pretty weird though-- he had so 
many good reps previously here and there. 'Sorry about your bad experience. 
I've had mine too w/ respect to cameras, cars, etc and it really pisses you 
off for a long time--especially when it comes to big money paid for a prize 
possession.

No, I'm not going to rub olive oil on it. That was
funny though, so thanks for the laugh. 
I have plenty of user bodies, this was to be a
present to myself, something I've always wanted. My M2
looks like its been dragged behind a car for 20 years,
but it works everytime i pick it up. My first concern
is always about the image and I didn't have to wait
until I bought a dslr to find that out. 
This M3 was not going to be a body I'd be using on
a daily or even a regular basis. Kind of like having a
little sports car one drives on weekends. 
That sort of thing. And for what its worth, my thing
about the black paint isn't it's looks, its the feel.
What's done is done. I don't know how to take it
apart and my painting skills are poor anyway. I'f I'm
lucky I'll find someone who can fix it for me, other
wise, yeah, I have a M3 with an M4-2 paint job, that
will be a great user after Don fixes up my loading and
gives it a cla.
