It's not great news, of course.

But some of the announcement is just what the board is obligated to do
when a certain percentage of capital is used up. The wording is just what
has to be said so that the board meets the requirements of law.

But to get to that point where you have to start covering your tracks (the
board doesn't want to be held personally responsible now do they) ... to
get to that point is no good news.

They'll need a plan :-)
