[Leica] Leica Solms LUG LHSA Buyout

Anyone or group can make a friendly (in conjunction
with the Leica board) or hostile takeover offer for
the company. It takes enough cash or trade of stock to
existing shareholders to tender their shares. Very
simple concept if you have the cash or stock in your
