Production started at ser #525001. Production of the Ic overlapped IIIf production and ended at ser #562800. According to Rogliatti. This is certainly a later factory-addition, often done when a camera went back to Wetzlar for servicing. I've reduced the price on my IIIc/IIIf conversion to a more reasonable 1,000. Euros. ;-) Seth LaK 9 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Walker Smith" <doubs43@cox.net> To: <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Friday, January 14, 2005 10:02 PM Subject: [Leica] FS: Leica IIIf BD ST - $349 > Jim, my book "Leica The First 60 Years" shows that serial number to be > part of a run of Ic bodies.
