Red Dial IIIf's start with SN611000, and his shows 5227xx, so I assumed it was in the block of IIIf BD cameras just prior to the RD version. He quoted shooting at 1/60th, which corresponds to pre-RD shutter speeds. It had not occurred to me that it might have been early enough to be a "c" body. Sorry I misled the LUG.
