(Caveat : I like Joel Peter Witkin's work as well as Andres Serrano so anything less can be boring ;) ) Maybe its because I live in the Bay Area, but this stuff is certainly not new to me. So whenever I see work like this, I find myself wondering what's new, or interesting about it. In this case I don't really find anything new or interesting. The lighting is flat, the angles don't do anything for me and the subjects don't seem to be interacting with you as the photographer or us as the viewers. (Except for the one where the woman is being bound by the gentleman behind her. Which by the way is the strongest of the lot, because she's interacting with me as the viewer.) Also the bondage work isn't expecially good, ie the rope work is somewhat boring. Here in the Bay Area, we have Midori who is known for her rope work. I think she's got a book out there, it might be good for the bondage artists in your shots to look at her work, its trully exceptional. Here are some shots of her working : http://www.fetishdiva.com/html/wolf02.html http://www.fetishdiva.com/html/wolf03.html Just some thoughts.. though as always, I like your work. -=Mark Thus spake Feli di Giorgio (feli@creocollective.com): > Where's the furniture? > Does OSH know about this? > > Feli > > > > > > Not Work Safe.
