Do they plan to stop people writing in notebooks as well? This is one of those occasions where I just wish I could zero in on the individuals who proposed this ban and ask them to explain exactly how photographing a public place that millions of people are allowed to stand and look at if they choose, could possibly constitute an increased security risk. Buses for goodness sake! What can you possibly learn from a photograph of the inside of a bus that you can't learn from sitting on one for 5 minutes? Airport security staff have started asking me why my Minox LX "needs to be so small" so I'm thinking of keeping an M handgrip screwed to the tripod bush to throw them off the scent. The press and businesses or individuals with permits would be exempt." _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
