Hell yes, Sonny!

 Here at our house we have em cheesy, creamy, garlicy
and a bit of bacon crumbled in. Next morning we make
grit cakes and brown them up in butter with eggs on
the side. I've never seen anyone turn those down!

 And yes, we've converted our share of grit hating
northerners.
