Well if you have seen a few instances of it in one tv market, Jerry,
then that MUST justify making a blanket statement about all
videographers... ;-)

A true PJ supplies the story as well as the photos.  This is NOT the
case with several San Diego TV stations.  And I have seen the case very
close up.
