Everyone who flew theoretically stood to benefit from the switch to jet travel. The only valid way to compare the conversion from prop flight to jet flight to photography, would be to compare it to the general conversion from film photography to digital photography. But VERY very very few people in the photo world shoot with Leica Ms. The move from a film M to a digital M would only appeal to a very, very, very, very small number of people - of whom I am one :-), but it certainly wouldn't appeal to the majority of M users, who are diehard film, mechanical camera users. :-) B.
