And Rick thinks that rangefinder flare is a good thing, because it lets
you know when you're not looking through the hole straight.  'Cause not
looking through straight can mess up Rick's focussing.

Rick's M6 Normal (0.72 of course) flares if he's slightly off centre, so
he lines up properly and gets good shots.  Rick's M6 TTL 0.85 doesn't
flare until he's way off centre, and so it's hard for Rick to tell if
he's looking through straight or not - a real hassle.

Give Rick clear sight when he's right on and flare when he's off to the
right and he'll be left happy!

Have faith, they designed it that way.  Good engineers, those Germans.
