I have an R4s (12yrs now- not one problem) R-7 (2 yrs- meter problem one
time- I dropped the body-very hard impact and cracked a cb) R-8 (2yrs-had it
mated to the new motor drive and all is smooth sailing) No self distructors
in my bag.

But, would like to see Leica provide a selection of short zooms in the 2.8
range for under $2000, not whining, just a
simple fact of life.
