It's called a Polaroid pack camera with the pos/neg film.

Ok, more seriously, mix up some Diafine (Part A and Part B, carried in
separate containers).
They take about 5 minutes at 65-75 degrees and the process is very hard
to screw up.  Use Tri-X or TMX.

Diafine does not require stop bath.

Fix in the normal way.  And for heavens sake, don't dump anything in a
river.

Then use some Heica Perma-Wash.  It will cut down (by a lot) your wash
times.
