Yep, I find the handgrip useful with longer lenses e.g. 135 & 75. It is a
really good product and also centralises the tripod bush.

However, I've recently bought a Rapidwinder but the M grip will not fit as
it obstructs the winder arm. So I'm now waiting for Tom to release his
Rapidgrip, which I believe, is due shortly.
