I was teasing about the ANAL thang... most of us are in some way or this group of Leica users wouldn't exist... My opinion.. It wasn't aimed at pissing anyone off so relax.. I have no clue when the factory moved but the camera apparently was made in 88 It has rubber pads on the body but they are above the eyelets.. if that's what you mean and the film counter dial looks to be aluminum or some kind of silver metal. What engraving are you talking about? on the back it says " Leica GMBH Germany...
