Subject: [Leica] Help unsticking a lens

I recently bought an old, beat up Thambar. I checked out everything that
turns, etc... and left it on the shelf for a while. Now the focus ring is
stuck and I don't know how much force I can use to get it working again.
What tools? What lubricant?
