Subject: [Leica] Peach'in good time

Time to make peach jam.? Have not made any for a few years. Picked up a 
22 lb box the other day and they were good and ripe this AM, and the 
weather was cool, so we had at it.

Here is the prep with the peaches washed and ready to roll.

The final product.? 22 pounds of peaches, give or take a few for quality 
control :-), ready to sustain me thorough the coming year.
