I was just shooting out a general warning to the group about the Sandisk
CFE (B) cards. This format will be the future for an increasing number of
group members, as Nikon, Canon and Fuji have already started using that
format, and it is only a matter of time before Sony does so as well (they
use CFE (A) at present).

Are your Sandisk Extreme Pro cards the 170 mbps version? Maybe the
Monochrom cannot handle that speed. Buy a cheap plain vanilla Sandisk UHS 1
card, which can be had at around US$7 for 64GB here in India, and see if
that works, that is, if the Sandisk - Leica compatibility is what you want
to check out.

Otherwise I do not see your problem - if some cards do not work, well, they
do not work and you have to get some that do work if you want more
capacity. Basic SD cards are so inexpensive that it is hardly an issue -
the Monochrom should be fine with the basic UHS 1 cards, as you are not
going to use it for shooting bursts - just as my Fuji X100S and Fuji XE-1
are.

Cheers
Jayanand
