Subject: [Leica] Odd help query Alpa film SLR

I need the Nikon or M42 or Canon or Minolta SR adapter (any spares) 

Without the adapter can I use preset Exakta Lenses ignoring the auto stop 
down function? Topcon RE Lenses? Topcon Adaptall Adapter with Alpa THX Mark
