I agree. No danger of those pretty girls ending up as the elf on the shelf.

Christmas parties are like hens' teeth this year. I was at one on Monday 
night for my camera club. Its highlight was a photography quiz which 
helped along with sundry glasses of good cheer to frazzle brains. Good 
to see everyone in a sort of festive mood, swigging in front of the 
screen, but a reminder that this has been a year like no other. 
Hopefully next year we'll have an actual vaccine, not just a symptoms 
mitigator, so that we can all meet again like we used to.
