Philippe,
While I hate wasps and hunt for swatters immediately after a bad 
experience when I was about four (I put it down to the broad horizontal 
striped t-shirt and my carroty hair), I like bees and amn't inclined to 
be bothered by them clustering near me. However, I have to take my hat 
off to your two brave friends who moved that hive with BARE hands!! 
Fascinating.
