I think masks while cycling or otherwise exercising are not needed and 
indeed harmful. I have been cycling since yesterday, as we are now allowed 
to engage in outdoor exercise within certain hours. None of the other 
serious cyclists or joggers I see wear masks. In the supermarket, yes, in 
the great outdoors, useless.
