Around here we have a similar invasive blue flowering vine. I've heard 
it called "blue rock bindweed" or "ground morning glory".

It's not as invasive as Kudzu, but close. I used to have some but I 
succeeded in getting rid of it without using either poisons or flame 
throwers. I never thought to photograph it.
