Dunno. I have seen similar architecture in a wide variety of places
where it's warm and there is a culture of living on balconies/outdoors
from Florida to the South Coast of the UK to Southern France to Aus.
They all have their local variations on a theme. (but I did think
Lloyd-Wright)

It's one of those styles that just has to be in the right environment.
Don't really think it is pure anything, except inter-war, but I like it
a lot. Again, great building Nathan.
