A simply & small waist/belt pouch, Sony a7rii with Leica 50mm f/2.8 Elmar-m
(collapsible) is my light setup.  From f/5.6 on the little collapsible is
fine.

I seldom carry a tripod any more, though I usually carry better Leica glass.
