Many of the chemicals are ammonium or sodium hypochlorite.  A few are
peroxide.  If you look up the fact sheet you can see the concentration.
The peroxides are available at beauty supply shops but be aware that those
are also used in homemade bombs.  Pool supply will have the hypochlorites.
Just note that most require 5-10 minutes of contact time.
