[Leica] Tree on Lima Road

Looking at the earth piled up up near it, I'd reckon its days as a 
photographic model are numbered, Chris. Over here, if we want to see 
what may happen to land after a change of ownership, we can go to the 
local planning office and see what's been submitted. I presume something 
similar applies where you are.
