Interesting Chris. You've caught in in better shape with a new lick of 
paint than it is on Google Maps in 2013. In that picture, the guy trying 
to fix it up can be seen. However, the post small town main street 
retail maelstrom seems to have sucked all aspirant hope from places like 
this. Pity.
