when i was young (in the 1950s-60s), farm workers would arrive during different parts of the season. they often were in buses or traveled together. some farmers had ?housing? for them that was not used for other purposes. It was minimal shelter, often divied into several rooms on a long building like this. An outhouse bathroom would be out back-often with seperate sides for two sexes. this place fits the camps I remember, though i have not documentation on this particular one. ric > On Jan 24, 2019, at 10:45 AM, Douglas Barry <imra at iol.ie> wrote: > > Any back story on the Migrant Camp images?
