Hi Luggers,

Yesterday I went on a mini photo safari with old friends to Tai Kwun ?Big
Station? -
the restored Central Police Station on Hong Kong Island. Through daughter
Katie
from her work at Architectural Conservation at the University of Hong Kong
we know the supervising architect of the restoration and it is fabulous.
Which it should
be given that nearly US$500 million was spent getting it right over 8 years!
Thanks to
the Hong Kong jockey club.

Details on the restoration are here:

https://www.lifestyleasia.com/culture/art-design/everything-need-know-tai-kwun-hong-kongs-new-cultural-hub/

And the pictures - mostly a series of panos taken with the Fuji X100F and
the Fuji X H1 with the 18 - 55 zoom
are here - together with one Leica surprise.

Can be viewed large, C&C always welcome.
