Yes, Don, things always change.? The tree covered lots where I built my 
present home were covered mostly with what are locally called "Blackjack 
Oaks",? many of which are now gone.? There are only two oaks left on my 
lot, out of around ten originally there. But, we replaced them with 
Tulip Poplars, so still have trees.
