Subject: [Leica] Comparing new 50s, or 1 meter focusing.

Agreed. Weight is a concern. I wondered if it would be having come from a D4 
with big slr lenses. Those larger bodies distribute weight better. The M10 + 
Noctilux combination manages put all that weight into a pretty small 
package.
