[Leica] 2016 Yearbook

Oh, yeah - I sent two pictures to Richard Man back at the end of 2016, and
then missed Richard's later announcement that his life had been disrupted
and he wouldn't be able to produce the book.  (Richard, I hope things have
stabilized!)

Did Richard pass the pictures he'd received on to Leo?  Is Leo still the
volunteer to lay out the book?  Is there someone I should resend photos to?
