Thanks Jim, Philippe, and Lluis.

His new job is in software near here which is lucky for us. He's had a 
varied path in the past couple of years since his English degree - 
marketing here in Dublin, stagiare in the EU in Brussels, film directing 
course followed by making two shorts, then an intensive software post 
grad.? It's funny, but wearing a tie for an interview, even for a 
software job, is still a good idea.
