Drive-by shooting is exactly what this is.
I try to match my speed with the subject in the hope of getting them
clearly surrounded by blur, rather like using a tilt-shift lens.
Sometimes it actually works :-)

I really like this one?I used to call this drive-by shooting.

I did it a lot when I didn?t time to stop to street shoot.

It offers an excellent opportunity to search for a useful
composition/crop in a near loss from time to time
