Just referring to the picture, my eyes go to and from what's happening with
the child on the right and the conversations going on in the left. The
highlights are there in the background but they do not seem to attract much
of my attention nor did I find them jarring. In my mind some highlights are
inevitable due to the nature of taking such photographs. If this slide is
really important then do the camera-scan if that will help. As for the
rest, send them to the Nikon mill.
