Shot with iPhone SE against the snow at twilight. < http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/Winter/20161224_MR__iPhone0093.jpg.html > I also took photos with my Fuji X-E2 and 55mm f/3.5 Micro-Nikkor, but the iPhone shot was more pleasing, and less grainy(!), since I had to boost the ISO on the X-E2 to get similar D.o.F. and even then the shutter speed was chancy for sharpness. It was overcast and the sun was setting. Must say though, that the iPhone is too fiddly a camera to please me as my Fuji does. The hair-trigger release is always going off before I have finalized the composition (or it takes a burst that I didn't want) and I can't figure out if there is a way to show frame numbers under the images. After I download to my MacBook for editing, I want to be able to delete all the rejects, but I don't know which frame is which on the phone. -- Alan Alan Magayne-Roshak, Senior Photographer University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Photo Services (Retired) UPAA Photographer of the Year 1978 UPAA Master of the Profession 2014 amr3 at uwm.edu http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/ "All the technique in the world doesn't compensate for an inability to notice.
