Subject: [Leica] Ideas on LUG Book 2016

OK, tentatively then: hardcopy, and non-US orders will be handled by Blurb,
US softcover, and PDF will be handled by me directly.

That will probably get the lowest cost possible, at least for US people who
want soft cover.
