Maybe these illustrate exactly what I've quoted and taught for years? "When you photograph people in colour? You photograph their clothes." But when you photograph them in B&W? You photograph their Soul!" Sure looks like it? If one takes the time to carefully examine the two portraits. Actually it is seen before one even thinks about the quotation? :-) I'd surely have and or shoot B&W long before the colour! :-) cheers, Dr. ted Grant CM -----Original Message----- From: LUG [mailto:lug-bounces+tedgrant=shaw.ca at leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Tina Manley Sent: May-04-16 6:50 AM To: MUGers at yahoogroups.com; Leica Users Group; paw; seephoto; Olympus Camera Discussion Subject: [Leica] IMGS: Fatima, Iranian Girl PESO: One with the Monochrom: http://tinamanley.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/Iran/G0000YmlbTddL96g/I0000 bjgnKDc44qg and one with the SL http://tinamanley.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/Iran/G0000YmlbTddL96g/I0000 .wfTI5RrYQI C&C greatly appreciated.
