Subject: [Leica] I can manually focus more precisely than my A7.......

I took my A7 with kit 28-70 lens out yesterday for a spin. Decided it was
easier to take a AF kit rather than some other combination.

Mistake.

I had the A7 out a few weeks ago with Leica glass. Sharp as it gets. MF
was accurate ( magnified view). ALL the shots were in focus...

Yesterday's results were less sharp. AF error? ( shot at F8...! with
electronic first shutter curtain).. And slower than I rememnber....

Next time my beloved Leica Optics will be used. not as fast as AF, but AF
speed is not necessarily the panacea. focus inaccuracy is just plain
unacceptable to me...

Of course, it could be the lens is just not as good as my Leica optics...and
I am confusing focus accuracy with optical resolution...

Thoughts?
