Hi Nathan,
I saw an example of that on my flgt. to Ottawa and the passenger got annoyed
threw his coat on his seat and sat on it.
In-flgt lady said.. "Please give me your coat and I will have it for you on
arrival. And if you don't hand me your coat we ""AREN'T GOING ANYWARE!
THANKYOU!" She got the coat! :-)

I am increasingly seeing airlines on the lookout for people who try no. 5.
If you are sitting just a row or two away, you can get away with it, but I
have seen flight attendants telling people that if they are sitting in, say,
row 18, then they cannot take up the overhead space in row 8.

Cheers,
Nathan
