George, I thank you for looking.
The web gallery that I use changes style when it detects a phone or 
tablet browser. It will render the image to the full resolution of the 
particular screen, and doesn't give the option to make it larger.
This is by design; it saves on mobile data rates for those accessing it 
when not on wi-fi.
