Talking rubbish Mark, the M(240) is colour CMOS to the M9s CCD and the
M(246) is the CMOS Monochrom

David Farkas in his amazing bloglike info packed review says the difference
between the M9 based mm240 and the current cutting edge CMOS 246 is two
stops.
Iso 2000 in the 240 looks like the iso 8000 in the 246 he says. And I think
from all else I read this represents a conservative view.
This is the difference between tri x and plus x. or tri x and Neopan 1600.
Two stops to me is day and night.
The thought they almost gave you an old 240 is mind boggling.
The difference between a viable street shooting camera and one harking back
in functionality many decades.
