Thanks, Nathan and Lluis. I really liked Granada. The Alhambra is almost
unbelievable in scale, scope and beauty. We'll get there in my next couple
of batches. In some ways, I preferred King Pedro's Palace in Sevilla, which
has similar architecture, but is an "alive" place rather than a ghostly
museum. Anyway, while it was hard to photograph with the hoards of people,
it was a "bucket list" place for me, and I'm very glad finally saw it.

Nathan, the vantage point is a restaurant called Huerto de Juan Ranas.  The
have a terrace that looks out over the ravine between the old city and the
Alhambra.  That's where both the views of the Alhambra I've posted were
taken, one outside the gate, and this later one inside. That immense kabob
Katya demolished with my help was ordered there.  It's a little pricey, but
you can't beat the view.
