Subject: [Leica] IMG: Homeless in the Subway

I don't normally photograph homeless people but we noticed something really
strange about all of the homeless people on the streets of NYC.  For one
thing, since our last trip, two years ago, the number of homeless people
has increased at least 10 fold.  They seem to be organized and all have
very similar cardboard signs.  They have an enormous number of possessions
- almost too many to be manageable - and they seem very well-fed.

I'm not sure what is going on, but the situation has really changed in two
