Depends on what needs doing, Apple and Leica chargers (figure 8 style) I buy 
local adapters/leads on auction site but things with transformers are 
usually different... If you have something that cannot change then I would 
go with a power strip else buy adapters is my choice

All my devices (that I know of) work just fine off 240v mains. I was 
thinking I?d get a 240v power strip that had the ?universal? plug adaptor 
built in so I could plug my computer, my iDevices and my camera chargers 
directly into it.

I can get UK plugs for my Apple devices and my Fuji camera charger.

Any thoughts on this? How do our world-travellers handle this?
